Pricing

              $300.00 Deposit             

$50/hr for set-up and clean-up time

$50/hr for up to 200 people

$60/hr for 201-450 people

$70/hr for 451-700 people

$80/hr for 701 + people

MAX 960 people

When do I have to pay?

          $300 Deposit: anytime, but it reserves date and time

           Cost per hour: must be paid two weeks in advance to the activity

$300 deposit must be paid to secure date and times

         Refundable after area has been inspected and is the same as before activity.

         Non-refundable if area is not clean or damages have occurred.

          Non-refundable if cancel reservation

 

YMCA Rules and Regulations for renting arena:

1. Upon arrival at the site, the group must register with the staff.

2. Areas and buildings not agreed to in the contract are off limits for your safety and protection.

3. No use of alcoholic bevarages.

4. For safety purposes, no smoking on the facility.  Smoking is not by anyone under age.

5. First Aid equipment may be checked out, but must be returned.

6. Some recreational equipment may be checked out, but must be returned.

7. The Group will assume full financial responsibilities for damage to property caused by    

     unauthorized activity.
